     I was completely on your side.  I was going to comment on how I agree with you.  I know many garbage countries don't put any effort into investigating murders.  Despite that, I thought you were likely correct.  But I never have a conversation about assumptions or things that I don't know.  It makes no sense to do anything like that.  So I looked up crime in Jamaica. I'm flabbergasted by the numbers.  I had no idea that Jamaica had the highest murder rate in the world for eight of the last ten years.  In the last twenty years, their worst year saw seventy-eight percent of murders unsolved.  Last year, sixty-nine percent went unsolved.  Over the last forty years, eighty percent of murders remain unsolved. Last year ninety percent of Jamaicans said they have zero faith in the police to do a good job or care to try solving the numerous murders.  So sadly, you're likely wrong when you type that the cops put extra effort into solving murders.  It almost looks to be the opposite given their low solve rate.  But if they do put extra effort into murders.  Then the other crimes in that country would be insanely easy to get away with.  And the police would be the worst in the world if they already aren't. I sourced this information through three reputable sources.  Feel free to hit Google and fact-check what I typed.  But damn, there it is.  I'm honestly shocked by that.

     I was thinking the same.  I don't know where you're from.  In The United States of America, it's very common for people to go to Jamaica for vacation.  And even more really want to go.  That's probably why I thought it wasn't so shitty.  But that's a flawed thought considering how many dumb fucks want to go to the first, second, third, sixth, and seventh-most murderous cities in Mexico to vacation.  It's pretty funny and I don't understand why anyone would want to go to those places.
