Two men were shot dead in a restaurant on the edge of the Cabo Branco neighborhood, in João Pessoa, early this Friday (12). According to information provided to the Military Police, the victims were at the establishment as customers when they were executed. Nobody was arrested.

According to information passed on to the PM, the shooter would have surprised the victims, arriving behind the table where they were drinking. The suspect would have jumped a wooden support to gain access to the site and was wearing a helmet and mask.

The suspect is that the author of the shots fled on a motorcycle with the help of a partner, who would be on a motorcycle.

Teams from the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) were activated. Upon arriving at the scene, it was found that one of the men was already dead. The other was rescued, but could not resist the injuries and died in the hospital.

Civil Police expertise was also at the restaurant to gather the first information. The motivation for the crime, as well as the perpetrators of the crime, have yet to be discovered. The case must be investigated by the Homicide Police.
