According to the official report on the case by the Attorney General's Office, the events occurred in El Rosal, Cundinamarca, on June 29, 2025 , specifically in the Bachué neighborhood, where the couple allegedly had a violent argument that quickly escalated into physical assault. The video even shows the man lying on a sidewalk when the woman decided to take a large rock and hit him hard on the head, killing him almost immediately.
